An example of a combined bathroom
The client had recently purchased an apartment in Bashakshehir and needed a complete overhaul of the combined bathroom and toilet. The existing condition: outdated Soviet-era finishes, cracked tiles, worn plumbing, and damp patches on the walls. What was done: Full strip-out of old tiles, screed and plumbing fixtures. Two-coat waterproofing membrane applied to floor and lower walls. New screed laid with fall to floor drain. Large-format porcelain slabs installed on floor and walls. Full replacement of water supply and drainage pipework. Wall-hung toilet, vanity unit with basin and shower column installed. Moisture-rated sockets and new lighting fitted. Extractor fan installed. Stretch ceiling with recessed spotlights. Result: A modern, fully finished bathroom handed over in 12 working days. Site cleared and cleaned. Client signed off with no defects noted.
